How is an Email received by the client?


The client uses the POP3 protocol on port 110 to access the mail server. Our sample file will look something like this when viewed by the client.

What does it really look like?


Generally speaking, the client mail program displays the reformatted information without the header. Our sample was HTML encoded, and really looks like this.
